It was in April 2023 that Mélanie created BISOU with the delivery of food boxes to homes.

After a few months Mélanie wants her sister Julie to join the BISOU adventure by opening a coffee shop at the Port of Andratx.

Both passionate about entrepreneurship, they decided to launch together into the creation of the BISOU coffee shop, strongly imbued with French touches. Bisou is a restaurant offering brunch dishes, cooked exclusively with fresh produce, homemade pastries & a coffee shop.
